Establishing the Goals
Before you start your search it’s a good idea to thoughtfully determine your wants and needs (and to understand the difference). By having a clear picture in your mind when you start the process you are less likely to overlook a key need while “falling in love” with a property that you see.
It is a good idea to write a list of needs/wants/requirements and to share it with us. Inevitably your ideas will evolve as we show you an increasing number of properties and as the emotional aspect of a home purchase takes effect.
Here are some typical questions that we ask:-
Why do you want to move
is this an investment purchase or your new home
How long have you been looking and have you seen anything that you like
What is your price range
What are your target neighborhoods
